At Dxtreme World, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth operations. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. How to Book
Customers can make reservations through the following methods:
- Online: Securely book through our website.
- Phone: Call our customer support team for assistance with booking.
- Walk-in: Visit our rental location and make a reservation on-site (subject to availability).
2. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Secure online payments via major credit and debit cards.
- Bank Transfers: Payments can be made via direct bank transfer (must be confirmed before the booking date).
- Cash on Arrival: Pay in cash upon arrival at our facility before your adventure begins.
3. Cancellation & Refund Rules
We understand that plans can change. Below are our cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking – Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the booking – Eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking – Non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Same-day cancellations – No refund or rescheduling options available.
4. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice:
- The booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling may be considered at management’s discretion, depending on availability and reason for absence.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Events
Safety is our priority. In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances:
- If we cancel the booking due to weather concerns (e.g., storms, sandstorms, extreme heat, or government-imposed restrictions), customers are entitled to a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
- If a customer chooses to cancel due to mild weather discomfort (e.g., cloudy skies, slight drizzle), the standard cancellation policy applies.
For any cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling requests, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
