Booking & Payment Policy

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
• Payments must be made using accepted methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or digital payment options.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to customers who fail to comply with payment requirements.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Amendment Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service charges.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled activity will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• In the case of a force majeure event (such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at the company's discretion.
• Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

• Customers acknowledge that participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. D-Xtreme World Tourism LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the experience.
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during activities.
• Customers must ensure they are physically fit to participate in their chosen activities and must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are deemed unfit for an activity due to health, safety, or behavioral concerns.
• In the event of unexpected disruptions, the company may offer alternative experiences or compensation at its sole discretion.

Travel Documentation & Insurance

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any other required permits.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.
• The company is not responsible for any disruptions caused by improper documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.

Privacy & Data Protection
